Hello there, and thanks for coming to read my story. They call me Neptune, like the planet.

But I never felt very "heavenly" ... you see, I was tied up with a big chain that was attached to a fallen tree.

 

Now I thank my "lucky stars" that the Coaltion to Unchain dogs learned of my plight!

They came out and built me a fantastic fence, and now I am free to run and jump and play!

 

Now, I look like a different dog! I hold my head up high and wag my tail like crazy!

And instead of being tied to a tree, I get to go find sticks to chase! Am I a lucky pup, or what?

 

I'm a happy dog now, but there are so many others who don't know what it's like to run and play.
