Many localities are considering the welfare of their 4-legged residents. Coalition members have been instrumental in the passing of several ordinances,
and we urge all individuals to learn about their local rules and to get involved with local legislators.
Below are highlights of and links to some of North Carolina's recently passed ordinances that ban or restrict tethering.
